What are Mid-level Providers?

Mid-level Providers are medical professionals who assist physicians in a collaborative role in acute, clinical, surgical, and hospital care settings.  Mid-level Provider Nurse Practitioners and Physician’s Assistants are nationally certified and state licensed to provide diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up care under the direction of a physician.  At Pars BSI, our skilled Mid-level Providers are qualified to conduct patient evaluations & initiate diagnostic and treatment plans that may lead to or follow your visit with a Pars BSI physician.  In addition to these responsibilities, our Mid-level Providers may assist physicians with surgical procedures and in-hospital patient care.
