Pete Pantelidis,
MD
Dr. Pantelidis is a local resident of
the Mid Ohio Valley returning to serve his neighbors and his community after
completing his medical training. Dr. Pantelidis attended Parkersburg High
School, and graduated as valedictorian in 1991. At that time, he also received
the Presidential Scholar’s Award, the highest academic honor awarded by the
United States Government. He completed his undergraduate studies at the
University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, earning a degree in chemistry. He
then completed medical school at West Virginia University in Morgantown before
starting his residency. He completed a preliminary year of medicine at Mount
Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio and then completed an Anesthesiology
Residency at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. At Mercy Hospital, he
was selected chief resident due to his skills and leadership in Anesthesiology.
Dr. Pantelidis then completed a very intensive fellowship at the Western
Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in Interventional Pain
Management. He has since obtained his Board certification in Anesthesiology and
is eligible for Board certification in Interventional Pain Management.
Dr. Pantelidis resides in the
Mid-Ohio Valley with his wife and three children. He is quite proud to serve
the people of the Mid-Ohio Valley and provide them with the highest levels of
care with their chronic pain at the PARS Interventional Pain and Wellness
Center.
