Chrissy Mayo, FNP, BC

Chrissy Mayo graduated with her Associates Degree in Nursing from Washington State Community College, in 1999. After completion of her degree she started working at Marietta Memorial Hospital on a medical-surgical floor. She and her husband, Justin, then moved to Akron where she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2001. During this time she worked at Akron City Hospital on the medical and surgical telemetry units. After they both finished their education they returned to the Mid-Ohio Valley where their family resides. She returned to Marietta Memorial Hospital and started working in the Intensive Care Unit. She worked at MMH while continuing her education at Otterbein College.  She graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Family Nurse Practitioner in June 2007.  

Chrissy's professional interests include the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner, American Nurses Credentialing Center, American Heart Association, and Sigma Theta Tau. Chrissy enjoys church activities, Relay For Life, recreational softball, running, gardening, outdoor activities, and hanging out with friends and family.
